Our Business Analysts provide an in-depth assessment of a business’s strengths and weaknesses in the areas of: Sales, Operations, Finance, Organization, and Ownership/Executive Leadership. Analysts must have the strength to guide this process from accurately identifying issues to customizing effective business strategies. This position requires: a take-charge personality; strong knowledge of business and finance; ability to read people and situations; effective interpersonal skills; and the ability to motivate solution-focused change within each business.

This position requires an MBA and at least twenty years of experience in senior management or business ownership. (A BA/BS in business, accounting, or related field may be considered if applicants have exceptional experience and skill level).

Our Project Consultants develop and implement customized solution strategies in collaboration with a Business Analyst and the business owner/CEO. Consultants are results oriented, motivational individuals who can lead the client and their staff through organizational and personal changes. The position is best suited for detail-focused professionals with a breadth of business knowledge as well as specializations in at least one of the following areas: Sales, Operations, Finance, Organization, and Ownership/Executive Leadership.

Our Sales Representatives meet with business owners and CEOs to discuss the benefits of an in-depth business analysis. Sales Representatives assess each business and business owner’s unique needs to identify initial focal points for our services. Sales Representatives must be knowledgeable about business and finance, as well as demonstrate professionalism, effective salesmanship, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Required qualifications for this position include a degree in business or related field and experience with direct presentations to business owners and CEOs.
